Based near Milano, Texas, the Milano Realty Company serves an area roughly located East of I-35 between San Antonio and Waco, stopping at I-45.

This piece of Texas includes parts of the Central Texas, Brazos Valley, South Central Texas, and Post Oak Savannah regions.

The land is characterized by gentle rolling hills, large trees including oaks, fertile soil, wild flowers, and plentiful water.
